The Machine
How do we use it and why? What does a machine do best, and what does Hand Shaping do better?
Our quiver is unique.
Design features that are useful to an 8’6 are not often best for a 6’6 even of the same model - So we scan multiple different boards for large scaling changes, and limit our computer-scaling to small, very defined parameters to make sure the machine doesn't get carried away and make you a complete plug.
Each size of each model can have significant outline, rocker, thickness & rail shape changes; because of that, each size has its own personality and minimal overlap within our offering - The wide variation in the FM range exemplifies this best.
